The DJI Mavic 2 Pro is an early drone that uses a Hasselblad camera. Although in terms of appearance it is almost similar to the previous generation DJI Mavic, the Mavic 2 Pro has been equipped with many updates. The camera embedded in the DJI Mavic 2 Pro is equipped with a 20MP quality 1-inch sensor. Not only that, the Mavic 2 Pro is also equipped with a CMOS sensor with f / 2, 8- f / 11 openings.
With this feature, users can record 4K quality videos. The resolution can be lowered to 1080p and creates 120 fps slow motion videos. Although the Mavic 2 Pro offers a fixed lens, this drone has the use of digital zoom of 1.4x in 4K which can be increased to 2.4x at 1080p. You can experiment with this skill by using a crop mode that allows for a standard 4K resolution.
The Hasselblad Mavic 2 Pro camera has an ISO range of 100- 12800. Combined with the extra large sensor, this means the Mavic 2 Pro is perfect for taking pictures in low light conditions. Like a comparison, the Mavic 2 Zoom only has an ISO range of 100- 3200, which means the same as the previous Mavic drone.
The distinctive characteristic of Hasselblad cameras is their 10-bit Dlog-M hue which creates images and videos with a greater dynamic range and better reproduction of tone. The Mavic 2 Pro has more than 1 billion shades, which is a huge increase compared to the 16 million shades on the Mavic 2 Zoom.

Mavic 2 Zoom is also equipped with hybrid auto-focus, which mixes phase and contrast detection for greater focus accuracy, by increasing the focus speed up to 40 percent faster.
This drone is capable of recording 4K quality video using a 12MP camera. Not only that, this feature can also be used to record slow motion videos at 1080p and 120 fps.
The Mavic 2 Zoom is one such consumer-level drone that mixes an optical zoom lens with 4K video recording. This feature is also DJI's early drone that has a zoom lens.
